We will never ask you to submit sensitive information such as credit card details online. If you are purchasing one of the featured items on our site this will be done securely online via paypal and thus we will not see your payment details. Certain information inevitably will be required if we are to contact you and do business with you. Online however such information will be limited to contact details. Should we require more sensitive information from you this will be taken offline. In any case, we will never share information about you with third parties for any reason, and under any circumstance other than under any legal requirement imposed upon us to do so.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We accept all common payment methods and reserve the right to withhold goods and/or services until cleared payment is received. Goods that are not purchased and/or collected at/from our premises will be dispatched to you promptly once we are satisfied that payment has/will be made. Delivery, and all other charges will always be made apparent to you prior to any purchase.
UK mainland deliveries should take no longer than 5 working days following receipt of cleared payment.
If your delivery location is out with mainland UK please contact us prior to placing any order, as we will need to calculate delivery costs for you.
If you do not have a paypal account, paypal automatically limit your spending via their service to £500 during any single transaction. If this affects you then please contact us directly to place your order using the various contact details & options provided on our site. We apologise if this causes inconvenience but it is entirely out of our hands.
 

All goods leave our premises in the condition our customers deserve, however we cannot guarantee that damage won’t occur during transit, or that faults haven’t been incurred during manufacture. Any faults or discrepancies found on receipt of goods should be reported to us as soon as possible (and within 3 working days). We promise to rectify any problems quickly and satisfactorily.
